Immerse yourself in the world of chocolate and join us on a visit to the laflor chocolate factory in Zurich. Experience first-hand how the finest cocoa beans are transformed into exquisite chocolate.
Laura Schälchli, co-founder and CEO of laflor, will guide you through the fascinating history and intricate processes of chocolate making – from harvesting the beans to fermentation and manufacturing. With a passion for sustainably produced food, Laura emphasises direct relationships with cocoa farmers and environmentally friendly production at laflor, including the use of sail transport to minimise CO2 emissions.

Laura Schälchli is the co-founder and CEO of laflor, an innovative chocolate company known for its direct trade with cocoa farmers and resource-efficient production. After studying Design Management in New York and completing a Masters in Food Culture and Communication in Italy, Laura dedicated herself to the culinary world. Today, she is passionate about sustainable food production and the responsible use of resources.
The event will take place at laflor, Uetlibergstrasse 65, 8045 Zurich.
