JELENA’S BACKGROUND
Jelena Thomann is an assistant in private banking at Globalance Bank and supports the client advisors in their daily business. She plays a key role in ensuring that clients’ requests and wishes are carried out to their complete satisfaction.
After completing her apprenticeship with a vocational baccalaureate at Credit Suisse, she was accepted into the “Junior Talent” development program, with which the bank selected the 20 best graduates in Switzerland. During 10 years at Credit Suisse and two years at UBS, she held various positions in Private Banking, most recently as team leader of an assistant team in the area of external asset managers. She has also received a certificate from the Swiss Bankers Association as a practical trainer for apprentices and high school graduates.
