The UMAMI team is made up of pioneers in agricultural technology, committed to producing natural and sustainable food right in the city. Since their founding in 2018, they have developed an innovative circular system that allows them to grow high-quality food in a small space, without artificial additives. Their microgreens are now known and appreciated throughout Switzerland.
