ANJA’S CAREER
Anja Seiler is in regular contact with our portfolio companies to ensure that their sustainability ambitions remain high and are implemented. Before joining Globalance, Anja worked for around five years at Ethos Foundation in the area of international engagement, where she focused in particular on issues relating to human rights, labour rights and responsible supply chains.
Anja spent another five years working in international cooperation and is familiar with the realities of life in the Global South, especially on the African continent. She implemented projects in the field of migration and development at Helvetas and worked as a consultant on peace issues.
Anja holds a Master of Arts in Conflict Resolution and Peacebuilding, the CFA ESG Certificate and Climate Risk, Valuation, and Investing Certificate, as well as a CAS in Business Management.
