DANIELA’S BACKGROUND
Daniela Stilke is Office Manager and welcomes guests at Globalance with warmth and a flair for the personal.
After studying business administration with a focus on “human resources management”, she worked for 12 years in various media companies of the Bertelsmann Group. As a board secretary and executive secretary, she got to know the diversity of the media at various locations in Germany. Before joining Globalance, she was instrumental in the opening of the Lanserhof on Sylt, where she helped establish the Guest Relation department and gained extensive knowledge in customer management and customer care.
Daniela completed her yoga training in 2008. Constant professional and personal development paired with a lot of curiosity and openness drive her again and again. She draws the energy for this from her time in nature.
