FABIANS BACKGROUND

In his role as Impact Research Manager, Fabian is instrumental in selecting our investments. He assesses the impact of all holdings on the economy, society, and the environment, effectively distilling critical data from information noise to provide precise analysis of global trends.

Prior to joining Globalance, Fabian worked at the Centre for Development and Environment at the University of Bern, the World Resources Forum, and the United Nations in Switzerland, Vienna, and Nairobi.

Furthermore, he leads the “International Cooperation and Sustainable Development” program at the renowned think tank foraus (the Swiss Forum on Foreign Policy) and is a member of the World Economic Forum Global Shapers.

Before immersing himself in the world of finance, sustainability, and international cooperation, he was a high-performance athlete for 10 years. Fabian holds a Master’s degree in Geography and a Master’s minor in History from the University of Bern. He is also a qualified secondary school teacher.

In parallel to his professional career, Fabian is pursuing an MBA at the University of St.Gallen (HSG) as a recipient of the European Excellence Award.
