Jacqueline Maag
Head of the CEO Office & Communications
«Communication is leadership in dialogue: it creates direction, trust, and impact. In the CEO Office, I combine strategic clarity with empathy—so that ideas become reliable decisions and Globalance visibly lives its vision.»
Jacqueline’s Background
As Head of the CEO Office & Communications at Globalance, Jacqueline Maag is responsible for strategic communications, coordination of the CEO Office, and dialogue with stakeholders. She also serves as a key point of contact for the Board of Directors and supports close collaboration with the Board. As the central media contact, she accompanies interviews, responds to journalists’ inquiries, and steers and supports crisis communications.
Jacqueline Maag brings more than 15 years of experience in corporate communications and project management, particularly with international companies such as AstraZeneca and The Adecco Group. At AstraZeneca, she was responsible for developing PR and media strategies, building national media partnerships, and creating cultural platforms for patients. During her many years at The Adecco Group, she led global engagement programs, developed communication and marketing strategies, oversaw international media relations, and was responsible for the production of the annual report. In addition, she established innovative structures in the field of social innovation and developed the “Workforce Vitality” model.
She holds a Master’s degree in Journalism and Communication Studies from the University of Zurich. Further training in Design Thinking (IDEO Fellowship) has deepened her methodological approach; in 2025, she is also completing the CEPS CAS in Foundation Management at the University of Basel.
