Jona Klar works as a Client Services Manager at Globalance Bank, where he supports the team of client advisors in their day-to-day business. Through his dedication, he helps create a consistently positive and holistic client experience.
With a degree in Business Administration from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and experience in client services as well as in a strategic role at a private bank, Jona combines strong theoretical foundations with hands-on implementation to ensure the highest possible service quality.
